PayPal the fully secured and world wide supported company. All merchants accept this company to receive and send payments. I am also using PayPal to send, receive and withdraw money from my account. But PayPal not support Pakistan. But there are also a way to use this best service in Pakistan in other ways but the other is not risk free. There is always a risk; If your account closed then your all payment will be hold. So there are also 4 other ways which are risk free.
Skrill/MoneyBookers

Skrill Is 2nd in our Top 5 List. Skrill is most popular service which support Pakistan and also known as "MoneyBookers". So this company will create your account.
